Who we are

This website is run by Complete Computers Leeds Ltd, a company registered in England with company number 13685929. Our registered office is 2 Stanningley Road, Halifax, HX2 8RJ.

We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. If you have any questions about it, email website@completecomputersleeds.co.uk or call 0113 827 2123.

What we collect

When you send us a message using the enquiry form on this website, we receive:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number, if you give it
• your company name and number of users, if you give them
• your message, and anything else you choose to include

We receive the same kind of information if you email or phone us directly.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a customer, to provide our services to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.

Our lawful basis under UK data protection law is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and, where you ask about our services, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Who we share it with

We do not share your information with anyone else, except the service providers that run our systems:

• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and passes your enquiry from the form to our mailbox. Cloudflare may keep standard logs of visits, including IP addresses.
• Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that the enquiry form is being used by a person and not an automated program. To do this it processes information about your browser and device.
• Microsoft, which provides our email (Microsoft 365), where your enquiry is stored.

We may also share information where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not lead to you becoming a customer, we delete it within two years of our last contact with you. If you become a customer, we keep your information for as long as we provide services to you and afterwards for as long as we need it for legal and accounting reasons.

Keeping it secure

Our email and systems are protected with security measures including multi-factor authentication. We are Cyber Essentials Plus certified.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
• ask us to correct information that is wrong
• ask us to delete your information
• object to or ask us to restrict how we use it

To use any of these rights, email website@completecomputersleeds.co.uk. We will reply within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
