New parts and a 12-month warranty

We use brand-new parts from reputable UK suppliers, never second-hand components, and every repair and upgrade comes with a 12-month warranty. If you're upgrading several parts at once, we'll give you a combined price.

A price before we start

For most repairs and upgrades we confirm the cost before any work begins. Apple Macs vary so much between models that we need the serial number to quote accurately. Send it to us and we'll identify the model and give you a price.
